There are four cycles a year:
- 1/1 – 1/21: Decision by 2/15
- 4/1 – 4/21: Decision by 5/15
- 7/1 – 7/21: Decision by 8/15
- 10/1 – 10/21: Decision by 11/15
Grant decisions are made based on available funds, the current grant request guidelines, and the votes of Booster Club Board Members.
