Photo and Video Disclaimer
The Erie High School (EHS) Booster Club plans to take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photographs/video taken at any Erie High School or EHS Booster Club event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photographs/video. The EHS Booster Club may use the photographs/video in EHS Booster Club educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other forms of media, including on our website.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
A person attending an EHS Booster Club event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact the EHS Booster Club at [email protected] and include the identifying photograph for reference. The EHS Booster Club will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.
By participating in an EHS Booster Club event or by failing to notify the EHS Booster Club in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by the EHS Booster Club, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the EHS Booster Club from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
